This is logic. He already has been a distraction. Maybe it was the previous history of the pig socks before that or the Castro t-shirt? If he wants to play and is serious about playing he doesn’t have much room to have people question his motives. If he wants so bad to play for this unfair League then don’t show up for a job interview with a t-shirt with the name of a fictional character who was a slave in Roots and leave it open for interpretation. Show up, go through your workout and don’t make it a bigger spectacle than it already was.
The league said it would allow Kap to bring his own video crew and use his own receivers and approved an advertising shoot by sponsor Nike during the workout. Everything was going to be documented by Kap's people, so im not sure why he's unhappy...

I’ve never said he would get $15M a year. He clearly isn’t worth it so I’m not sure why that keeps coming up. Yes the Denver offer was before he first knelt but it was an offer. He also had interest from Baltimore after that. It really doesn’t matter. If it is though gut he may be able to be a starter after yesterday then someone will at least work him out again. If they think he is just a backup then I bet nothing comes of it. I’m guessing teams have more interest in what is supposed to be a great QB draft coming up but maybe not.The San Francisco “offer you play” was not an offer, he was about to get cut. They weren’t about to pay him tens of millions to be a backup. They certainly didn’t offer him $15 million a year after he opted out, so what makes you think they were planning on keeping him at that number before he opted out?
The Denver “offer to play” was a trade offer before the kneeling stuff even happened and has nothing to do with this.
I don’t think everything else matters most. I just don’t think his talent outweighs the other stuff. I guarantee you if Mahomes, Watson or Lamar Jackson took a knee, GM’s and owners would be willing to overlook the headaches that would be associated with those players because they won. Nobody wants a potential headache holding a clipboard . That’s why yesterday was important, so he could show that he could not only play, but also not be a distraction .Sure thing. The people who think how he performed matters most are emotional and the people who think everything else matters most are logical. Makes total sense.
I think the NFL set it up because they knew he was going to do what he did.
kaep didn’t disappoint.
Also, if this guy has been working out for 3 years and ready to play, I’m not sure he’d look like the casual athlete he presented himself to be on Saturday. His muffin top 3 pack was quite evident under the tank shirt.
you guys think an NFL team would want that crap in their locker room, day in, day out? Yeah, keep telling yourself that.
When Steven A Smith who has undeniably supported you through all of this turns on you it’s over.
Show up.
Work out.
Do a short exit interview and thank everyone who came
You don’t call out the people you want to work for.
