It will be interesting to see how you respond below a true 8%. Inter individual differences in when things begin to get nasty. I’ve at below 8% for months with absolutely no issues. Next year I’m hoping to get down to 6% if my stress and lifestyle allow it. I ran out of time this spring and couldn’t go as far as I wanted in my cutMy full goal is 6%.
After my weigh in today I was down to 12.5%.
My goal for end of the month of June is under 10%
The calculator can tell you malnutrition but for ideal weight for each individual, it has to be done by a Dr.I stole one of those mirror from the carnival so I'm good.

I was cruising so easy but had to fly, so that ended that. Now, I have no choice but to eat out very often, couldn’t train for three weeks and I’ve gotten quite soft.That’s my problem - I am not sure I will have enough time.
