My full goal is 6%.

After my weigh in today I was down to 12.5%.

My goal for end of the month of June is under 10%
It will be interesting to see how you respond below a true 8%. Inter individual differences in when things begin to get nasty. I’ve at below 8% for months with absolutely no issues. Next year I’m hoping to get down to 6% if my stress and lifestyle allow it. I ran out of time this spring and couldn’t go as far as I wanted in my cut

I stole one of those mirror from the carnival so I'm good.
The calculator can tell you malnutrition but for ideal weight for each individual, it has to be done by a Dr.
They consider - Muscle or fat, body type, body shape etc., and so on. Blah blah.

It works for my situation. You guys are trying to figure the Mars landing using the instructions on a model rocket 🚀🙈

Okay, enough exercise talk. Tell me something good on Netflix to watch while I sit here wishing the antibiotics would hurry up and work. Just finished The Ted Bundy Tapes.

That’s my problem - I am not sure I will have enough time. Got to 8% on my last cut and this time want to push it but not sure on how long I will have.

I was cruising so easy but had to fly, so that ended that. Now, I have no choice but to eat out very often, couldn’t train for three weeks and I’ve gotten quite soft.

Finally got settled and I’m going to the YMCA. Going to see if I can ease a couple of pounds off and hold it for the summer
