Wish I was 6’3

I was 226 a year ago and felt like ****. Adjusting portions got me down to 205. I like good beer. I limit how much I drink, but I don’t plan on cutting it out. Outside of the Daniel fast, I figure exercise is the key to sub 200. I like carbs, I like dairy, and I like beef, chicken, pork, seafood, etc., so exercise it is.

6 feet 3 inches. Not 63 years of age

Anyone have a vote for a generational musical talent of the...10's (wtf do you call this decade?)?

My vote is for Tame Impala. Guy has changed his sound each album and now everyone and their mother wants to work with him. Continues to evolve his live show. I saw it grow from basic visuals years ago at Roo and Coachella to a full-on mindf*ckfest this year at Shaky Knees. His sound continues to evolve and become evermore accessible to more people. And his music is timeless imo. It will hold up over the test of time, as The Beatles and Zep have.

Well I don't allow her 90s R&B station on long drives, so it is an acceptable compromise. Only so much Lauryn Hill and Blackstreet a guy can take...
Sounds similar to my sitch i cant play Dylan much and she has to check herself on the early nineties gansta rap.

Just did an hour on the stupid elliptical

Haha. Never been on an elliptical, but I did 40 min on the treadmill at the hotel in NOLA last night. First time I have ever used a hotel fitness center, and I travel a lot. Big step for me. I hated it, but I’m glad I did it.

Of course, I’m having this with dinner. Prob one step forward two back.

Agreed re BMI and the trainer I’m working with said the same, but what’s the best assessment? Before I started working out, they did a “body composition analyzer”. We built my next three months based off of that. According to this machine, I’m 43 lbs fat. Pretty gross. Goal is to move 5lbs from fat to muscle by end of three months. That seem right?
