Coaching/recruiting staff is doing a great job working to restock the OL in abundance in recruiting and picking up some very sound DL prospects as well. Given Tuttle, Johnson, Phillips, Bain and Kongbo will be gone from the DL in '19, it is my belief that Eric Crosby and Kingston Harris will move back to DL in '19 with Greg Emerson after possibly redshirting all this year.
There were not enough quality OL available to start camp and teaching DL backups the OL responsibilities was important. With the presumed influx of OL talent coming onboard in '19, these backups will have gained a year in strength/conditioning program and ready for their DL responsibilities again. Who else sees this as a possible depth building process for both OL and DL?
