If Peyton teabagged a chick that is definitely sexual assault. This is nothing, absolutely nothing.

Maybe she had a problem with it ever since it happened. Who knows? Regardless this is an absolute nothing burger. I understand why she wants to remain anonymous, why her lawyer wants to keep this anonymous and why Feinstein snuck this into the file without revealing the contents.

Yep, kids / young men make mistakes and do things they are not proud of later in life, but that is life. I doubt that woman was scarred for life or anything. If she had been raped, then that would be a whole different ballgame. Locked in a room, blah.

Former assistant director of counter intelligence for the FBI was Maddows guest and he actually gave useful information.

Said the White House is the client so it's not surprising the FBI turned over info to them. Said kavanaugh has been vetted at least twice in the past by the FBI for previous district court nomination and appellate court nomination. It's possible they already knew about this and answered questions about it from previous vetting. He would be surprised if this were "legitimate and brand new" since Kavanaugh has been vetted at least twice by the FBI. It might be new and if so they'd have a duty to look into it and "flush it out". Thinks Feinstein gave it to the right people.

Not when you realize that partisan hacks are the ones who decided what to withhold. Pretty obvious they kept back that which would hurt his chances. Surely even you would acknowledge that.

What would improve his chances? He could save a busload of nuns from a train and Kamala Harris would say he shows favoritism to Catholics so he’s clearly against abortion.

524,000 documents handed over already. Another million that can be released.

What other SOCTUS nominee has ever had 1.5 million documents reviewed? What other SCOTUS nominee has ever had the Judiciary Committee demanding it?

As GV said, half a million documents have been released. Furthermore, his opinions on nearly every pertinent issue are available publicly. Democrats within an hour of his appointment by Trump were already opposed to him. Therefore, the whole "not turning over the documents" thing is nothing more than a stupid charade. What more do Dems want other than to try to assassinate the man's character? Despite getting glowing reviews from everyone who has worked for him.

Also let me reiterate that judges do not run for office. They are not trying to please a political party. All they focus on is the rightful interpretation of the Constitution as the founding fathers intended. That is their exclusive job. To think that Kavanaugh is going to do Trump or the Republican party's bidding is outrageous and absurd. To try to make a moderate like Kavanaugh out to be some right-wing hack just proves how stupid both Democrats and their voter base really are.

They have moved the goal posts , center isn’t center anymore . Obama was the perfect president so anything right of him is “ right wing” and by right wing I mean , baby snatching , anti-Muslim , climate distroying , women’s rights stealing Neocon that will probably sell your child to a Russian be trained as a spy .
