Depends on the details (which we'll never know) but we still don't know what "forced himself on her" means. Was he trying to take his clothes off and rape her - if we knew that then he's disqualified for sure. Was he trying to kiss her and she refused but interpreted that as him forcing himself on her - if that's the case then we move on.
The problem is that the accuser doesn't want to discuss it, we only know about the allegation details from people who are against Kavanuagh paraphrasing it, K has denied it and there is no way to further investigate since the accuser doesn't want to do so.
I hope to hell this isn't the new standard in politics but of course it will be and the various bases will totally rationalize and justify it when their team uses it.
Investigating it would be virtually impossible now even if the accuser did come forward.
