Gone but not forgotten: Knoxville area restaurants and retailers we miss.

I do. It was supposed to be an indoor theme park. I feel like it lasted maybe 5 years.

The movie theater at the mall was so dope when it opened up.

Now, my first choice is the one on gay street.

Funscape was odd. It never really felt supported beyond the first 6 months or so.

Yeah, Downtown---->Oak Ridge---->Mall.

Whatever keeps me out of Turkey Creek.

Baptist Hospital pre-City/County Building and Buster Muggs/Cslhoun's

On my old laptop I had saved a link to a site that had almost every game program/ media guide going back to the 30's. The ads for the businesses in there were great. Would fit nicely in this thread. I'll see if I can find it.

Service Merchandise. Pick up your ticket and then go over to the side where they slide you your purchase on rollers.

That place was great!

Wasn't there also a Greenback Stamps redemption store near Hill's at Bearden Hill?
