Again. This isn't hard. I'm really sorry you're struggling with this. It comes down to whom you choose to believe. S it possible David was embellishing? Absolutely. Is it possible that coaches do interviews and just ramble on and say whatever? Is it possible that he may have a change of heart after those interviews? The possibilities are endless.
Took a while, but you finally got what I was getting at. Congrats on engaging in a dialogue!

Your the one that fails to see other viewpoints. You can't accept that others may know more than you about something so you argue into oblivion. I believe those that I know. You believe wtf you want to believe.

Considering other viewpoints doesn’t always mean changing opinions. If it did, the world would be a much more peaceful and cooperative place.

It’s ok that we disagree. I never said there’s no way I’m wrong. I just gave the reasons I believe what I do, the reasons I’m skeptical of what you believe, and pointed out some poor logic you used to justify your beliefs.

I could totally be wrong. I admit that.I usually tend to err on the side of skepticism. That’s not always a good thing. I tend to appreciate a flawed idea well-argued for more than a good idea poorly argued for. Obviously that can be problematic.

But at least I can say I haven’t been inconsistent or disingenuous in what I’ve said on here.

I got your point all along. You just complicate things to argue. Like I said I believe people that I have a personal relationship with. You don't have that personal relationship so I don't expect you to. I believe tose people over a some two bit reporter.

Also her original rendition of “I Will Always Love You” is better than Whitney Houston’s, IMO.

Houston had the better pipes, but just makes the song all about her own voice.

Well, Houston may have sang it better, but it doesn't matter, because Dolly is getting paid either way. Like I said before, her body assets are huge, the only thing bigger is Dolly's money making assets, she was a mogul before people like Jay-Z was born.

If we can just get Dolly to show Gruden them fun bags I think that'll seal the deal.

Rex Ryan lives in Nashville. Maybe he’ll be Gruden’s DC (Trestman as OC, of course). They have the ESPN connection too. Then he can bring his brother Rob on board as some sort of “analyst” and even Saban will be jealous.

Hypothetical question:

How many (respected) reporters publishing saying “Chris Petersen has no interest in coaching in the SEC” would it take you to reconsider your own viewpoint?

Specifically scientists!!~!

THEY ARE THE MOST WRONG.

Why bother with experiements and data when you’ve got a perfectly good hunch 😂😂😂

Seriously though, I do think Academia has a bit of a peer review problem. I could be be wrong here, so anybody who knows better than please jump in and correct me (or expound further!). I think don’t think we incentivize re-examining and testing of published ideas well enough and the “a new study has found that...” reporting we see on the news often fails to reflects that.

If we hire gruden, how long before we land #1 recruiting class??

Gruden: " so you wanna play in the league? Sign here on the dotted line so we can get started"

1 year. We would land the #1 recruiting class in 2019 with Jon Gruden. And that's primarily because the state of Tennessee is HISTORICALLY loaded when it comes to instate talent. There are currently 20 players rated as composite 4-stars in the state of Tennessee for the class of 2019.

Gruden would lock down the state and he would get a couple of elite players from out of state.

Nebraska 2019 recruits: 2019 Top Nebraska Football Recruits

Border states include Wyoming, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, and South Dakota.

Tennessee 2019 recruits: 2019 Top Tennessee Football Recruits

Border states include North Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Alabama.

No-brainer.

Scott Frost at Tennessee = Urban Meyer at Florida

We would be a championship contender immediately with him.

And like you said I think we get him because Tennessee is 100x the job Nebraska is.

So many SEC fans want their coaches fired. Auburn fans are especially testy on Finebaum today. Finebaum assumes Butch is gone. No question.

You can tell Finebaum is still a Tennessee fan eventhough he tries to hide it. He's been visibly pissed the last 2 days when he's asked guests why Butch Jones hasn't been fired yet and the guests defend John Currie's lack of urgency. He even got on Laura Rutledge Monday for trying to suggest Butch Jones might not be fired at all. I could see the Gator coming out of her as she tried to argue for Butch to stay at Tennessee. But thankfully Finebaum put a stop to that immediately. He made it clear Butch Jones is done, the only question left is when the hammer will drop.

Nope. There are a few.

I'm Jewish on my mothers side - great-great-grandmother to grandmother etc. That per Jewish custom means I'm a Jew, same as any religious Jew born to two Jewish parents, since what makes a Jew is matrilineal inheritance. Kinda weird since I only found out a few years ago by doing some research. Also weird that a person born to a Jewish father and non-Jewish mother but raised Jewish isn't a Jew and would have to convert to be a Jew even though I'd consider that person far more Jewish but religious laws can be weird like that.
