I miss my sweet potatoes! Mmmmm, I have no problem eating paleo all the time, I just need a cook. Lulz

Yeah. The prep is the sucky part. I've found a few easy staples that I try to keep on hand. Like sweet potato hash. It's awesome with fried eggs on top. I just toss them in the food processor with some spices then cook them in bacon fat. Noms!

Power snatch is a b**** for me for some reason.

Be glad you don't have bewbs. Catching them with the bar sucks.

That one was hard for me too. Ended up having the lift filmed so I could watch my form. Also, try it with a med ball. It helped me a lot.

I'm 5'11 and 140lbs. I'll take every ounce of muscle I can get. I think an athletic,fit look is so much better than an "I spend 4 hours on the treadmill so I can eat crap" look. Not that I gaf about others opinions anyways.

This was last week.

You should see what I started with. :/ If it's possible to have negative-booty, then that's what I had.

No yours is good and tight girl!!(I can't believe I said that lol I sound like a lesbian). The girl at work had a booty and lost it due to crossfit. She went from nice ass to pancake ass.

Crossfit can make you thick. And I mean that in a "I can't tell if it's a chick or a dood from behind" way. I'm frigging scrawny so it'll never happen to me. A lot of it is in your build tho. There are a LOT of squats and deadlifts in the wods though, so if you've already got an ass my guess is it would just tighten it. I actually can't wear any of my jeans right now bc I can't get them over my butt anymore. Lol

Both, I was trying to keep the bar in too close. It's pretty much the same motion for both. Or at least in my head it was in the beginning.

Oh and my poor nose on push press.

I about knocked myself out doin clean and jerks the other day. Hit my chin on the bar and saw stars lol

Yeah I was very happy about that

The worst I've seen was a girl falling off the pull up bars at my last competition. She was in the middle of Fran and just flew off and landed square on her back/neck. Thinking about it still makes me cringe.
