Some witnesses you realize fairly quickly that they have an agenda and any effort you make to prepare them ends up being portrayed by the other side as you are the one who gave them the agenda.

This chick is a disaster for the State.

Apparently she wasn't even his girlfriend. She lied about her age and her relationship with Martin.

Girl in my office is watching it..its annoying because I can hear it in the other room. I seriously don't understand the lure of watching this trial.

Lied about her age to Martin's parents and attorney. Presented herself as Martin's girlfriend, admitted on cross that she was not.

Defense grilled her about the interview she gave Martin's attorney that was released to the media. Several details she presented during the interview are different from what she's saying now. When pressed on this, she said that she didn't want to do that interview and didn't take it seriously.

I know this is a sad situation, but some of her comments were so ridiculous it was funny. Asked on why she didn't contact authorities knowing she was last person Trayvon talked to: "I din't know to call, I din't think I was a witness... they already arrested the man and I thought it was case closed like on First 48."

Then she claimed she had no clue Zimmerman wasn't arrested because she don't watch the news only the weather. That might be the worst testimony ever and that's saying a lot.

In my opinion, she did terribly. I guess the State had to call her, but dang, I don't think the jury (5 white women and 1 hispanic/black) is going to view her very favorably.

She was angry and hostile pretty much the entire time. She showed little to any respect for the court or the process. She admits to lying, so how can we trust what she is saying now. If I was on the jury I would be thinking this girl will, and has, say anything to ensure Zimmerman gets found guilty of murdering her friend.

She also said that Trayvon referred to Zimmerman as a "Creepy Ass Cracka." She then had to repeat "Creepy Ass Cracka" three times because no one could understand her. So there was that.

she also went off on the defense attorney that he brought her in for a statement and questioned the brother for 4 hours and then didn't have time to take her statement

the defense atty apologized for inconveniencing her, thought that was pretty funny

It seems Florida prosecutors are pretty terrible. This case seems to be another screw up just like the Casey Anthony one.

I dont think they can get him on murder 2..but involuntary manslaughter would probably stick. I think the defense will create enough reasonable doubt that he will walk...or if the Prosecution keeps bringing in bonehead witnesses like today they should just call a mistrial.

He is guilty of being a wannabe cop who watched too much Law and Order.
