Bought mine at WalMart at midnight last night. I was the 6th person in line, and they had 7 in stock. I did the opposite of what everybody else was doing (GameStop and Best Buy).
Question if anyone knows:
When I transfer my live account over to the XB1, can I still play the 360 online also?
Same thing for BF4. Can I keep playing on 360 even after I move to XB1 (I have a couple friends that arent upgrading yet) and still make progress with my soldier?
I was tempted to run by Wal-mart just to see what they had this morning at 4:30 when I got off work. That's what I would have been down to had I not pre-ordered it a couple days ago off Amazon.
I guess Amazon has a warehouse in Memphis? Initially the email said it would arrive the 25th. Last night I get one saying it shipped and will be here today. So I'm just sitting at my house waiting. Will probably pick up Forza later today.

I know they have one in Louisville. I think it's Nashville because mine didn't even ship until yesterday afternoon, yet it delivers today.
I just don't want to deal with it at all. The hassle of sending it in and waiting 2 weeks to get it back. That's all I ever did with my 1st gen 360. Don't wanna deal with it again.
Well it is setup. I just eliminated a receiver, 360 and a blu-ray player in the living room (it was a win win situation... the wife liked getting rid of all the "extra cords"). Gaming wise neither is better, it just depends on the games you want and/or the friends you play with. I haven't bought a game for mine yet but tested out Forza at a friends house earlier today, and it is beautiful. However, my main gaming machine will be the PS4.
