Will this finally settle the Manning - Brady debate?

Peyton didn’t have a very good playoffs before that first Super Bowl. Defense was horrid throughout the season, but Bob Sanders returned in time for the playoffs and they pretty much carried Peyton for two of those wins...would’ve lost without their performance. He delivered against Brady in that AFC Championship game but isn’t there if he had to compensate for the D as in other postseasons. As far as Brady cheating? Yeah...took some air out of some footballs. Did they make the throws for him?

No, but less inflated COLD Footballs are easier to THROW, Catch, And Hold On To. So you do the math in terms of how much an advantage that would be over the course of an Entire Game; with the OTHER Team using Legal Harder Footballs. Hmmmm. How many More Catches, Less INTS, How Many Less Fumbles?? Yah reckon? Especially in the Playoffs In NEW ENGLAND Frigid air.

Don't let facts get in the way of your slander of Brady:

A reporter for the Boston Herald originated the story about the Patriots taping Rams practices - three months later, the same paper printed a retraction:

www.thetomaselie.com

Here's an article about Deflategate from no less than Sports Illustrated claiming that the Patriots are exonerated by simple science (don't read it if you get offended by an MIT professor taking away your reason to discredit the GOAT):
Science says Patriots never tampered footballs

I remember all that Walk Back Bullcrap. Obviously the NFL was in a spot and Had to Come up with Something. And obviously some people swallowed it whole. I followed that entire fiasco with a Microscope. I wasn't then and I'm not now---Buying. You can get any "professional" to report any way you Want the report to read. Don't YOU understand that? C'mon Man.

When he won with the Colts, he had a HOF HC. When he won with the Broncos, he had genius DC and most likely future HOF Wade Phillips coordinating the defense that won the game. Whenever Peyton’s WON? He hasn’t done it alone.
Yeah belichick and dungy are on the same level. I do agree Peyton’s last one was because of the broncos d... I’m more referencing their prime years when Peyton was with the colts... just my opinion but Brady had a much better coach and supporting cast over that stretch which has a lot to do with the playoff success.

Never debated the coach...but Dungy was no slouch. We’ve already gone over the supporting cast. I think Manning had the better offensive supporting cast...just better talent. Belichick coached up average defensive talent but there were no genius OC’s doing the same for Brady.

They are calling Josh McDaniels an Offensive Genius. Every other team wants him. So---

I understand what your saying, and there is no doubt Brady is a great QB, but in the playoffs a great coach goes a long long way, Brady has always had the best coach in the biz so I think that has greatly helped Brady get all of that post season success, and that success is what everyone uses to point to and say this is why Brady is definitely better than manning.. I watched them both play a ton during their prime... maybe I’ve got the orange tinted glasses on but I’ve always thought manning was the more talented QB, but as I said was not the beneficiary of the better overall organizational situation. Just my opinion.

Brady is the greatest ever and it’s not even a debate anymore. Peyton has a heckuva argument for “next best” along with Drew Brees. I think the top three are clear; Brady and then Peyton/Brees. After that is where it gets interesting.

At this point, I’d say:

1) Brady
2) Peyton (with Brees closing in fast)
3) Brees
4) Montana
5) Favre
