Viet Taste - had the rare brisket pho, it was good although I wish I'd thought to order it without cilantro. One unpleasant surprise was catching a bunch of shredded ginger in one bite. I also added too much sriracha, hoisin, and basil. Killed the flavor of the broth.

Went there with my boys instead of Bida Saigon based solely on a coin flip. We were all impressed, especially with the BBQ pork spring rolls appetizer.

We'll go back, but first I'm going to take them to Gosh Ethiopian. They're 24 and 20 now and are willing to try new things for the first time in their lives.
