Viet Taste - had the rare brisket pho, it was good although I wish I'd thought to order it without cilantro. One unpleasant surprise was catching a bunch of shredded ginger in one bite. I also added too much sriracha, hoisin, and basil. Killed the flavor of the broth.
Went there with my boys instead of Bida Saigon based solely on a coin flip. We were all impressed, especially with the BBQ pork spring rolls appetizer.
