I'm gonna come eat at your restaurant one day!We are doing shrimp And grits special tonight at my restaurant so I’ll try to remember a picture. Last night had what I call Yucatán shrimp with siratcha , lime butter garlic and cilantro with our mixed greens and tomatoes with orange sesame dressing.

Like I said most any of you guys in the dinner thread would be welcome anytime but I had to lay the smack down on some dumbarsery in orangeslices gun thread so would be a bit reluctant putting info out. One of the best boogie cooks I’ve known would have a butcher cut “country style ribs” from pork shoulder. Is that his eccentricity, or do you know them to be the same?Country style ribs. It's not often the wife uses the grill.
