Hot water and a scrubber. Kind of like at the japanese restaurants. then i re-season it every so often

My wife started making it a few years back. I'm guessing that's what she started with. We're lucky to have a really good Asian market in Kingsport. So we make Asain food a lot. I'll be sure to tell her it looks right.
