Not true. We are @ 2-3 now. We finish the season against Kentucky, SC, North TX, Missouri, Vandy. A win against UGA or BAMA and finishing out the season with wins against those teams would get us to 8-4.

He's a dead man walking. Will coach next year and will be gone. He's a fraud and he knows it. After that comment, he's going to continue to lose what little good will he has left. Explains some of the players tweets this weekend though. Jack Jones made a very similar comment. Bashing the fans & media, who have supported this team and coaching staff at this point is one of the most asinine mindsets one could possibly imagine.

He continues to pass the blame to the players, as of now Butch is done and I don't see any way he can fix it. He is clueless. I don't care if his buyout is 20 million if Chip Kelly comes available you make it happen.

I'm not seeing a lot of support for the team in the last 4 weeks. I would respond the same way.

Having to hear a bunch of armchair QB's that never played past high school criticize the team has to be tough to handle.

He probably would like to have that comment about taking names back. The rest of the press conference didn't sound as thin skinned to me.

Sorry but I watched the whole presser and in no way did what he say sound arrogant. It's how you took it because that is how you wanted to take it. He was simply asked what he said to the players at their meeting and he summarized the point of discussion. No a thing wrong with what he said.

I am very unhappy with our teams performance and our coaches lack of execution but people are taking this a little too personal. And no just because you are passionate about UT football doesn't give the right to start personally attacking someone's character.
