Watch,, it!! Health, exercise etc.

The 4s are really cheap now though $100
I just saw that. On has some for $100.

I've actually thought about this since my last post. The shoes that hurt the balls of my feet the least are 5-6 mm drop. The ones that hurt the most are the Flyers and they're 11mm. Surfers might not be a good idea.

Lulz, did you edit and add that $100? I didn't see it when i started reply.

I didn’t. It was just a post after finding the cost for the 4s

My Dad turned me on to the Kizik Athens shoes. Really love them for day to day, they slip on as easy as house shoes, wear like really good walking shoes. The heel will never collapse like most sneakers when you slip on and off. But because of their ease on and off, probably wouldn't want to run in them, as you could easily run right out of em....not that I am ever gonna run. I have serious issues on the bottom of my feet from martial arts days, collapsed arches from fat boy tiger leaps. Add that I am still well past 350 even with weight loss, and that's alot of cushion needed. Super comfy. feet never hurt with them, but that is me. The fact my 85 yr old dad made me aware of them prob says their not the most chic.....but they Effin work. Highly recommend for anyone with foot pain, and wanting easy every day sneaker. Made very well, much better then my last new balance actually.

Came here for the most recent watch news....

Good deal on Casio WAVE CEPTOR WVA-M630B-3AJF. The most dependable to the millisecond watch I have ever owned. My nicer pricey watches won't hold a candle to accuracy to the millisecond. Fire and forget, your likely never going to have to replace the battery, as it's most efficient solar, and likely never have to reset it unless you go to a DUMB, or weird valley that is outside of the radio range. Sometimes I see em even cheaper on bay though. Ultimate KISS RULE watch.

"Garmin is soon to bring Strength Coaching to its Forerunner models, including Forerunner 965, Forerunner 955, Forerunner 265, Forerunner 255 and then i Vivoactive 5, Venue 3 and Venu 3s. At least the beta version of the system reveals it. This information then follows on from the previous one, which mentioned how Garmin wants to add a plan aimed exclusively at beginners to its strength training."

Just ordered her the Venue 3.
Sweet! I think that's the best choice you could have made. Not because I'm an expert or anything but because I'm so damn picky. Lol. I would have bought one if it was just a little bigger. That's said, the screen is the biggest Garmin makes, so it looks bigger. Kinda in the same way souce trims the bushes to make the tree look bigger.

@volfanbill

They pulled some update/function they were testing in the beta program last week because it was crashing watches. I can't say that was my issue, but what I can say is since I deleted the beta updates and quit the program I haven't had an issue with "No data". It's going on a month now (26 days) and the longest I'd gone before that was 29.

🤞

No way to get an exact number for battery usage while using GPS. But I have been keeping up with it for about 3 weeks on daily and wtd. I'm comfortable with saying my watch on all+ multi band gets 15.85 minutes per percent.

Neh it's not for Christmas, she doesn't know anything about it, you're not gonna hold on to it for a month and I'm not being too nosey.

Good talk.
