I just spent 30 minutes typing a response. Way tldr. Lol.@Behr I still need to get better understanding of a lot of the anaerobic/workout levels, but one thing I follow really closely is my sleep.
A couple times I’ve gotten a lot of deep sleep, REM and sleep length. But it still tells me my body didn’t properly recharge? What else am I supposed to get getting there?
My mom’s knee surgery is next week and I’m taking the week off work to help with getting her to and from, etc. I’ll hopefully finally have time to dig deeper into this. Be prepared for a lot of questions next weekI just spent 30 minutes typing a response. Way tldr. Lol.
I started improving everything when I got sick on the 20th of February and feel like I have it on track just this past Monday.
There is so much tied together and I don't know how much you know and don't know.
Stress and awake/restlessness were my biggest issue with recovering and readiness. I think I got that back on track as of this week. Awake/restlessness is still "fair" but that's better than poor. Lol.
I started by clicking each category under sleep score and reading Garmins comments/suggestions and letting it guide me.
I've had to sacrifice under the awake/restlessness part, but it seems to be improving.
My readiness yesterday morning was 83, stress 13, Body battery 98%. I ran 3 miles yesterday morning and 2 last night and it was a "rest" day, so my numbers are lower this morning (readiness 67, stress 13, body batter 94%, but still not bad. I'm trying to train my watch to give me different rest days.
Any specific questions?
Hope everything goes well with the surgery. My mom’s knee surgery is next week and I’m taking the week off work to help with getting her to and from, etc. I’ll hopefully finally have time to dig deeper into this. Be prepared for a lot of questions next week

Obviously it's different for all, but for me I think if I can get my awake/restlessness controlled all the others will improve.I struggle to get more deep sleep. Those little strips of navy blue are few and far between. That’s when the immune system is doing its thing, so that’s my focus. The others pretty well take care of themselves. Total sleep minimum target is 6.5 hours; happier with 7+.

18% deep sleep?! That’s incredible! I’d love to get there.Obviously it's different for all, but for me I think if I can get my awake/restlessness controlled all the others will improve.
This was Saturday night..my sleep score was 75.

Maybe he’s saying that once it hits the warehouse, it’s going out almost immediately. IME shipping departments aren’t really a thing anymore with smaller consumer items like laptops and fancy watches (as opposed to, say, leather couches.)Hope everything goes well with the surgery.
I'll be happy to answer all I can.
Just got finished chatting with Garmin. I'm confused because he was trying to answer me without answering me.
I asked if they had a definite shipping date yet.

Screenshot cut off "receive the product".
He responded "the warehouse is where it all happens".
Well mine still isn’t saying it’s shippedWell, others are getting theirs... @volfanbill
From everything I've read, and I've read about errthang, it's exactly what I expected and maybe a little better. In the most direct sun light I was expecting it to be a little worse than the 955. But this seems to give me hope. The screen size and overall case size I think are going to be a nice surprise.

Mine hasn't shipped and it still says 5-8 weeks. Lol.My deep sleep is my trouble spot and I’m actually going to ask my PCP about changing my sleep medicine if she thinks there’s something that will allow for better deep sleep. View attachment 546534
