If you don't understand the problems CBJ took over, all you have to know, is the last few drafts and the APR. The man has done a fantastic job.

I've never lived in LA, so I will yeild to your experience. The median income in San Fernando Valley is 65k.

I lived in SFV when I first moved back to CA 2 years ago. Woodland Hlls. 1BR apts are $1800.

Lot of people living in boxes :) I'm not disagreeing with you, I've never lived there and honestly dont know what the situation is there.

My angle is that pay might be ok in a city like Nashville but really is squat in other places.

I make $91,000/yr. Woah is me. Expensive or not in LA, that's 3.5x what I made last yr. They will be fine.

They have plenty of opportunity to increase that.

For those of you opining about the cost of living in LA, the rookie minimum this year is $450k, not $91,000.

It's an overpriced cesspool

Cali has some nice areas...I always liked San Diego..but I got stuck working in the San Fran/ San Jose area for a month...I remember telling my wife that I had never been so lonely around millions of people

He probably thought that meant weekly payments all year.

Not me, its for the season.

And I cannot believe people are fretting over whether North and Randolph will be above the poverty
line in LA. Its one of the dumbest arguments I've ever seen on this board. "Oh my, how are they going
to survive???"

Been there once, saw all I needed to see. Plenty of nice places there, but infested with idiots. No encore appearances planned.

Nobody cares what you make although you thought they did. Your post had nothing to do with my point. Money can't buy some things.

Where did someone mention the poverty line?
