So question for all of the anti-vaxxer people out there. When all of your vaccinated friends are taking these super sweet international trips to countries that require a vaccination, umm do you want us to bring you back a souvenir like a fridge magnet or a shot glass or something?

After they had to quarantine for 2 weeks when they got to their destination and after they got back I wouldn't care anymore....you know, just like they would've had to do without a vaccine.

This week a fellow contractor who is my age lost his son (28 years old and no health conditions) to Covid. They had a big party and 4 people came down with it. 2 died, 1 still in critical and one had a mild cold. None of the 4 were vaccinated. Everyone else in my buddies family is vaccinated. The death rate is low but it sucks bad when it gets a couple people you know.
It’s not a joke to me anymore.

for the record I got vaccinated because the red women is high risk being in remission


I really hope it doesn’t get you or someone you know because you fell for misinformation about the vaccine

Just another lie of a long list by the govt about this fiasco. Thousands with the vaccine have died, but they say “there’s no evidence that the vaccine caused it” yet there was enough “evidence” to count terminal cancer patients deaths as Covid.

Regardless of your politics, if you are believing every the US govt tells you, you are the problem. We deserve much better.

So sad to hear about your friends loss. That does kind of paint a different light on things. I personally don't know anybody besides 1 or 2 people who got anything worse then a normal flu or a cold. Multiple people in my family including myself got it last year and thankfully it was nothing more then a cold. Maybe if I were in your shoes and knew multiple people who actually died from it I might have a different opinion?? Either way I choose to not live my life in fear. I'm going to live life to its fullest, trust God and when my time comes to leave this world I will be ready

It’s just so …..unreal. I know many people who have had it. One or 2 went to the hospital but were not kept. I’m vaccinated but might not be if not for my wife being high risk.
It just seems like there’s no rhyme or reason as to who gets real sick and who doesn’t.

The bad information on this vaccine isn’t helping either.
It’s not like they pulled the vaccine out of their ass in a couple of months. The base for the vaccine is from 2002. Covid 02 actually

Here is the CDC acknowledging 750 covid deaths after the vax. I know you want to pump up the numbers as much as possible but if 154m people are fully vaccinated and "thousands" died afterwards (6k is usually the number I see thrown around by anti-vaxxers), then we're talking less than .004%. Considering the annual death rate is .009%, people are afraid of numbers that they don't understand.

You mock the article because it "suggests" but that's responsible phrasing. This is how science works. Would you rather they misrepresent and say "proves"? I swear, some of y'all never learned the scientific method and it shows.

That’s not a big deal unless you are one of those statists or your family member . Keeping in mind that this is the first set of numbers our vaunted CDC is acknowledging and it’s year zero .
