Assuming that was an actual video and assuming it was of someone actually being crucified, it was probably from Syria. It's already been proven that Russian media have used images of atrocities from Syria to make them look like atrocities committed by Ukrainians against Russians in the Donbass. But, what else would one expect from scummy Russian media, people with morals one step above child molester.
On another note, anyone else find it a bit too convenient that Putin comes out over the weekend with all this "proof," which of course he didn't show, of American involvement in fueling the Chechen wars? Very interesting all this info on the US aiding Islamists in the North Caucasus would come out just right after Putin's Chechen strongman tells the world he's basically willing to war with Moscow again if need be (honestly that's what it translates to).
