Why do we want to expedite other programs ability to contact this player? We for sure do not want to publish a release till there is a published request for one. We should define some elements of clarification that must be included in the request including our ability to share portions of our choice. There should be no gray area about our handling of our end of this relationship. A CLEAN break. No FUZZY! Lack of clarity provides fodder for enemies external and internal.
