Well, if I am Hart, I am making calls and having everything in place to fire Dooley and then announce his replacement in the same week so to avoid losing players and recruits. I tell Dooley pending an upset over Bama or SC to show he can beat a ranked opponent, that he is done after the Kentucky game. I would have Gruden or whoever ready to start recruiting the next day. If Tennessee goes to a bowl, let Sal coach that game. Enough is enough. I wanted Dooley to succeed but he will not. No more youth and inexperience as an excuse. This team is poorly coached and lacks leadership both on the field and on the sideline. I hoped Bray would step up his game but that hasn't happened either. Tennessee needs change and a top tier coach to bring the program back to the national prominence. If Muschamp and Mullen can do it, there is no excuse for Dooley.
