Too much ice

Seems significant.......

Firearms may not be discharged solely to disable moving vehicles. Specifically, firearms may not be discharged at a moving vehicle unless: (1) a person in the vehicle is threatening the officer or another person with deadly force by means other than the vehicle; or (2) the vehicle is operated in a manner that threatens to cause death or serious physical injury to the officer or others, and no other objectively reasonable means of defense appear to exist, which includes moving out of the path of the vehicle.
I posted an attny's video about that.

When agitators show up and first berate you and then hit you with their car. Yeah, I think he reasonably may have feared for his life.
They are leaving out the fact that the situation must be judged by the totality of circumstances without hindsight. His actions must be judged by the second or so he had to react. If this were Austin Powers, and a slow steam roller was inching toward him from 20 yards away, the "other options" argument would hold up. If he's 2 feet from the vehicle and she guns it... That is what's judged, without attributing to him our benefit of hindsight.

I posted an attny's video about the very statutes they are relying on.

There are people in here that want him to be a murderer because it fits their narrative and agenda. The poor girl is dead; she might as well get out of it what she wanted to give her death meaning.

Their aggression towards him, effects his mindset and how he would perceive their actions.

Pretending it doesn’t matter is a complete joke. If they had waived and handed out cookies, it would obviously effect how their actions were perceived
This is the same group that immediately defended her gunning the vehicle into a federal agent because a DIFFERENT federal agent had just cursed at her in an unfriendly voice while telling her to get out of the car.

Think about who you're trying to have a good-faith discussion with.

Didn't pass this test either....

  1. Deadly force should not be used against persons whose actions are a threat solely to themselves or property unless an individual poses an imminent danger of death or serious physical injury to the officer or others in close proximity.
Getting hit by a car is widely considered to be imminent danger of death/serious physical injury...it's an open and shut case

please
He literally positioned himself in front of her car and could have literally easily moved out of the way.
Literally!!!

You guys act as if he was 100 years old, blind, and crippled.
Jesus Christ man
He walked around the car twice and stopped and she looked at him in the eyes and gunned the engine, hitting him

That’s purely retarded. “He just wanted to see if he was man enough to get hit by a car!”-someone who educates your kids.

I hope you’re just a special ed student that they let hang around
Thankfully he and his prodigy won't ever have much influence on any normal children outside their city

I hope the child has a complete recovery.

We do see it differently, and we can both be reasonable in those views....you are right in that regard.

My default in the PF has always been to counterbalance the extreme rightwing nonsense with the opposite. I still believe that that serves a purpose, but I need to do a better job of checking myself.
"counterbalance" you think everyone who isn't left of Stalin is an "extreme rightwinger" and at least you finally admit you aren't "rational and reasonable" at all, just emotionally tied to your feelz as a typical party line cultist

She didn't choose violence.
She absolutely chose violence.

1) intentionally interfering with federal LE agency as part of a left-wing group known for violent tactics, which is a felony
2) committing a felony by resisting arrest
3) intentionally assaulting an officer with the vehicle committing at least two other felonies

Her actions chose her ending

On Friday’s broadcast of CNN’s “The Story Is,” CNN Law Enforcement Contributor Steve Moore stated that the new video of the shooting by ICE in Minneapolis “leads me to believe that this was likely a legally justified shooting” and while he wasn’t ready to say whether or not the shooting was a justified shooting before the video, he now believes “a reasonable investigation will find that the officer was within the deadly force policy.”
