The cop had already walked around twice and was standing still - FACT
She was looking directly at him when she gunned the car and struck him - FACT
He doesn't have to "go to the ground" to be in fear he is about to be injured or killed - FACT

look carefully and you will notice both johnatha ross's feet are outside the path of goods car. Ross leaned into the car,you can hear the thunk created by his cell phone hitting the hood

Notice the entry hole in the windshield of goods car. Lower left corner. Had he been standing in the cars path he would have missed good as her head was directly behind steering wheel.

Ross chased beside goods car and fired two more shots into goods head,for what reason?

Goods words to Ross in a clear kind voice were,"that's fine dude, I'm not mad at you, hardly the speech if a terrorist.

Ross's words to good were angerly spit at her,you ****in b*tch.

His cell phone video proved you are wrong. It shows the side of the Honda pilot ,good was looking and concerned about the officer tugging at her door.

When her car accelerated good was already dead. She was going very slowly prior to being shot in the head. Look at the bullet entry hole in the windshield, that's proof enough of where Ross was standing.

You are simply a liar or blind at this point. I have been on BOTH sides of this type of incident and watched the videos and have a clear understanding of the law, investigation, and LEO procedures and training.

The evidence is clear to all of her felonies committed including the aggravated assault of the officer with the vehicle.

None of that matters to the discussion at hand.

Her felonies were:

1) interfering with a LEO operation/refusing to obey a lawful order
2) Resisting arrest
3) Aggravated Assault on an officer

“I made her come down here; it’s my fault,” Rebecca said, her face covered in blood after having attempted to help Renee. “They just shot my wife.”

You or I don't know the reason Renee was there,maybe to pick up Rebacca? Otherwise why was Rebecca out of the car, trying to get in. I assume Rebecca was urging her to leave before being drug out of her car.

They had been part of the group harassing the ICE agents all morning. the "wife" admitted this already.

Rebecca was initially in the car, and exited it when Renee blocked the ICE agents to get it on video.

The full video shows all of this encounter
