Wonderful news for American taxpayers ...

From the article:

A federal judge in California ruled Monday that the federal government is allowed to share basic information about Medicaid participants with Immigration and Customs Enforcement amid a government push to locate people it believes are in the country unlawfully.

Chhabria's order notes that basic information is something that the Department of Homeland Security, the agency that governs ICE, has always had the authority to request.

Sounds like a ramming incident, possibly another incident where someone used their car as a weapon. Not 100%, so we need to wait for more details to come out. Reports are that she tried to use her car to run over ICE officers.

Did you watch the video 2 posts above yours? She was just trying to drive away. This is straight up murder.

She backed up and turned to the right. If she'd wanted to run over him, she would have just hit the gas and he wouldn't have had time to step aside and shoot her in the head through the driver-side window.

Kind of hard to digest without video leading up to where this video began. The mayor didn't help the matter any with his tirade.

Just based on this video, the question I'd have to ask is if it wasn't self defense, and if she wasn't trying to ram officers, why was she stopped sideways in the road refusing to comply and then driving off.

That doesn't change the fact that she floored it while he was standing (what looks to be) directly in front of her vehicle. Reports are that she used her vehicle to block them from performing operations, and when they tried to detain her, she drove her car at an ICE agent that was standing in front of her SUV. The second video seems to support this.

This is terrible. There is no good in it.

DHS reports that she was a protestor who used her vehicle to try to stop ICE operations. When they tried to detain her, she drove at an ICE agent that was standing in her path to stop her.

Intent matters.

She backed up and turned to avoid the moron standing in front of her car, he stepped aside, and shot her in the head through the side window. There was no officer in danger at the point that he removed himself from the front of her vehicle.
