Would really be the optimal answer. (Along with obviously adding at least felony fleeing and whatever else having to pursue her would bring about, which potentially could be quite a bit)

Some of the technicalities could lean toward the officer but the optics are pretty jarring. I really wish your plan was how it had gone down.

They told her to get out of the car she didn’t listen. Drove off and could have injured the agents while he was trying to arrest her
