They appear trying to hold ICE accountable. So far ICE has violated 100 court orders in Minnesota and counting. As we’ve seen, laws mean nothing to those clowns. Again, goes back to Bovino and Noem who have been exiled. Maybe Homan can get it into some semblance of order.

Tom Homan is pretty smart and I read a statement today saying misconduct would be dealt with. My guess is he’s gonna get his agents in line then go back and say “look I responded and reined them in so what are you gonna do now in response?”

How many laws have the MN Police not persecuted citizens and illegals for? It’s the whole reason ICE has to go to that clown show. The state has been irresponsible and refuses to work with orders they were given. This whole fiasco is entirely on the MN Gov and Locals.

Unfortunately, this is the United States of America, not US of Minnesota. We have laws and a President and White House that will ensure they are enforced.

They have to cooperate with ICE. This whole thing was having the local governments hand over the illegals with detainers. They've refused to do so.

Well then sounds like you have no idea what a protest is. It was a protest. Pretti got excessive and deserved to be hauled off to jail. Both statements are true.

Also in both encounters Pretti was armed and didn’t go for his gun either time. Maybe ICE should have taken a clue from him?

That’s why it’s called compromise. ICE pays attention to protocol and obeys court orders and Minnesota assists them with police to help the operation. Maybe ICE backs off their heavy handed tactics and random stops and the protesters back off. I think that’s what you are about to see from Homan. Sounded like it anyway. We shall see.!

I’m not dismissing the state. I’ve said all along that the local, state, and Feds were all acting badly. I’ve said it multiple times. I’ve also said that is all a distraction from what the Feds did in this encounter that’s all.

And on your last two statements where are they taking the people they are out after? If they don’t have jail capacity then they shouldn’t be out chasing people to put in jail?

That party also has a duty to himself and his family to go home alive. That complicates things in chaotic, threatening situations. Your over-simplifications could use some nuance. I'm not saying the shooting was good. But I'm also envisioning my family that are LEO and have more duties than your loud keyboard from the fishing dock would indicate.

My over simplifications are fine. They direct attention back to where the guilt actually lies and doesn’t marginalize the actual victim here. And on your shade at the end Pretti had two encounters with ICE that we know of where he was armed. He never brandished a weapon. Only one party did that and they killed him so yeah emotional plea denied.

No. They are not. An officer has a primary duty to go home alive. It's easy for you to go fishing and minimize the decisions that LEO have to make while actually putting their lives on the line. If you want to be condescending, go earn it with something more than video editing.

Bezos shelled out $40 million for movie rights on a film that probably cost a couple million to make, $26 million higher than the next closest bidder (Disney). Not to mention the $35 million in marketing... for a documentary that won't make any money.

I member when bribes were bad back then.

Someone is buying some serious influence I just have no idea with who. From the box office estimates I saw it will never break even on the cost. Or even make a serious dent in the cost.
