This is just speculation, and if it's way off base please correct me, but when the officer asked her if she was ok, maybe it was because she was acting weird due to being under the influence. If he noticed that she was high, wouldn't that have been a reasonable reason to ask her to step out of the vehicle?

Interesting speculation. And it might explain the cigarette, and her not wanting to get out of the car. If marijuana found on her or in the car, that would explain a lot of her behavior, and support the notion that she was acting suspiciously.

Didn't say it's what happend definitely , but was speculating that it was plausible . According to the autopsy, she had a large amount of marijuana in her system. Is it such a reach to say it may have affected her to an extent where the officer noticed it? I agree that the cop acted unprofessional, but he acted within legal bounds, and this is an explanation that would somewhat explain his thought process and why he choose to do what he did.

It's fine to speculate and say what you believe happend based on the info available. Where there is a problem, is when people are quick to convict when there are very little facts out. The autopsy allows us to see that she may have been a very troubled soul, and was on drugs when arrested. We can change our speculation on new facts that have came out. We should still wait on the full autopsy report to come out before speaking in absolutes, but it is fine to speculate on it based on current facts.

Did she raise her voice? Did she use profanity? Did make any comment derogatory towards the officer or police in general? What comments heard in video prior to the point he asked her to put out her cigarette would you consider rude?

There has to be an option for them to use force to gain compliance. The key is what is a lawful order, that standard is too fuzzy.

You've never seen me post anything claiming she was murdered. You responded to comments I made concerning the traffic stop.

You apparently find yourself in the uncomfortable position of not being able to support your own comments, so you choose to say you are not interested anymore.
