I find it odd that many people do not seem to think she played any part in this and did absolutely nothing wrong. While the cop holds larger blame in my opinion, she definitely holds some too.
I don't think anybody has said that she didn't contribute. I mean if you ask me, she acted like your typical hoodrat black woman... chicken necking and talking sideways. But for talking sideways (after answering a question the cop asked her), is that worthy of being dragged out the car? Is it worthy of being dragged out the car not putting out a cigarette? Let's look at the facts of what she actually did that day... she made a minor traffic violation, back talked an officer and didn't put out a cigarette. And what were the consequences of that? Being dragged out the car and clown stomped on the sidewalk.
If we expect 18 y/o college freshmen to be reserved and react responsibly while drinking and getting into a physical tussle with another drunk woman, then is it unreasonable for a sober, professional officer that should be trained to deal with people to behave with the same level of restrain that we expect from that 18 college kid?
