That conversation/interaction with the cops didn't initiate as the cop handing out subtle hints. The civilian at the very beginning asked the cop clearly if they could move the barricade.
Point is, this was an exchange that the cops clearly allowed to start and engage in. Plus, it was a waste of time to even put up the barricades in the first place.
Asking these people to read into tea leaves or some subtleties when they are clearly hyped up and irate is just silly.
Ras, you're reading way too much into this. When the cops leave, move the barricades. He chose to run over the curb. No harm, no foul.
I don't understand why you are so upset with this incident.
