To Protect and to Serve II

Police in Colombia’s capital Bogota came under fire on Friday after a motorized policemen crashed into a skateboarder during the local celebration the global Go Skateboarding Day. The violent incident occurred on the city’s main 7th Avenue where a large number of skaters took part in the event. Video that was published on social media showed how one of the policemen recklessly rode through the crowd at high speed and hit one skater in his way, causing both to fall. Nearby skaters immediately assaulted the cop after which his colleague, who had been rising at a safer distance from the manifestation, turned around and purposely rode over one of the men assaulting his colleague.

Wow... just wow. I've seen some disgusting cop videos before, but this one is scary. Picking on the poor and people with prior drug convictions.

He was so friendly.... as he was planting drugs in her vehicle. Never consent to a search of your person or vehicle. Think of the lives this crooked cop has ruined. I wish we could bring back the pillory for people like him. The question has to be asked.... how many more cops are out there doing the exact same thing?

I think in situations like these where an officer has been proven to plant drugs on someone they should receive the death penalty. This is a horrible abuse of power.

This cop is a psychopath.

Until these type cops are held accountable for their actions this kind of bs will continue to happen.

He needs about 15 years to think about it. We all have to pay for this ****. Attorney's fees. Trial costs. Incarceration, food and medical costs. Not to mention the person being framed who's life is turned upside down.

15 years doesn’t cut it. He did this to multiple people. Life in prison or the death penalty.

Supremes Decline Anti-Dismemberment Law

Thomas: ‘Our abortion jurisprudence has spiraled out of control’

Justice Clarence Thomas joined his colleagues in declining Alabama's attempt to enforce a law banning dismemberment abortions, but decried jurisprudence that he says "has spiraled out of control."

On Friday, the Supreme Court denied Alabama's petition for appeal after federal courts blocked a 2016 law that would have banned late-term abortions, in which the baby is dismembered in the womb. The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals had noted that the procedure was indeed dismemberment, but the three-judge panel said it was bound by Supreme Court precedent established in Planned Parenthood v. Casey(1992) that prohibits any law placing an "undue burden" on abortion access. Because of the popularity of the dismemberment practice known as dilation and evacuation, outlawing the procedure would hinder abortion access.

Justice Thomas published a concurring opinion agreeing that the case should be denied a hearing before the Supreme Court. While agreeing on procedural grounds, he took aim at the legal "aberration" and dubious reasoning that has cemented abortion as a constitutional right.

"The more developed the child, the more likely an abortion will involve dismembering it," Thomas said. "The notion that anything in the Constitution prevents States from passing laws prohibiting the dismembering of a living child is implausible."

Friday's opinion was not the first time that Thomas has rebuked past and current justices over the issue of abortion. In May, the Court declined to hear a case involving an Indiana law that would have abolished discriminatory abortions performed because of the race, sex, or mental capacity of a baby. Thomas called such abortions a "tool of modern-day eugenics" in a concurring opinion.

Cops Detain Entire Bar, Seal Off All Exits, Force EVERYONE to Submit to Record Check

WATCH: Cops Detain Entire Bar, Seal Off All Exits, Force EVERYONE to Submit to Record Check

As the video shows, the police officers running everyone’s IDs, couldn’t have cared about due process. Indeed, when Manna Carter, the woman who took the video, asks one of the officers why they are doing this, his response was, “because we can.”

Earning the hate...
