In the day and age of prima donna 17 year old highschool recruits that is refreshing to hear...

We need to hit the new coach hire out of the ballpark...the right coach will get most if not all of these guys to stay...

We are still UT...we still have some of the best tradition/facilities/fans in the country and its just a matter of getting the right guy to get us back to where we were and making us a place that players like this want to come to

With the news from Knoxville, all of our recruits are basically back open for suggestion if they like it or not. Until our new HC is named, every recruiter worth his paycheck is calling them or people close to them and putting doubt in their mind. The longer we go without a named sucessor, the less committed these top recruits stay.
