Group fitness?

Kind of like P90x, with olympic style lifting, running, etc. Yes it is usually done as a group, but you can do it own your own. I personally like the competitive atmosphere of being in a group. I wouldn't push myself as hard if I did it by myself. That's why so many people fail at P90x. They hit the pause button too many times.

Tons of videos on youtube about crossfit.

I loose too much weight on regular crossfit, so I do football crossfit when I get on a crossfit kick

That's what is great about crossfit. It has a little of everything, depending on what you want to do.

An hour a day six days a week, but the best workout system is one you'll do, so it might fit your needs very nicely

Negative ghostrider, adapt, innovate and overcome. My workout schedule is five days a week. :)

My workout time does not interfere or take away from what family time I have.

No really, I run in the mornings 3-5 miles, weight lift during lunch (I work on Camp Shelby plenty o' gyms available), and do insanity with the wife in the evenings....and pass out from exhaustion aroung 10 pm every night
