I usually go over lunch. Then I cram a PB&J or leftover in my mouth at my desk.

I've also done insanity in the past, and it was a lot of fun. I was a bit out of shape to start insanity when I did. I had to quit, because my legs got to the point where they were so sore, I may have injured them. I took a week off and they were still ridiculously sore, so I decided to take another week off and just never got back into it.

I have days off during the week Ill do doubles with insanity in the afternoon......kicks my butt

How much weight should I do?

I couldn't tell you, as I don't have my spreadsheet in front of me, but I think I did about 180 yesterday. Like 3 or 4 sets of 20 reps, though, with increasing weight. Depends if you want to go high rep or low rep.

I should see if one of the MOD's will move the Crossfit thread into the zone. I'm really the only one who uses it.
