I have the perfect pull up, the one you screw into the door frame, tony horton pwerstands, free weights, kettle balls, resistance bands and yoga mat.

Gotcha, we did a similar workout on circuit days in the academy. Just curious.

You were saying earlier about a dufferent workout

Just that p90x takes so much time. It's great for people needing a system to start with, but I can't imagine that being a long term fix for someone.

Those power stands are the sh!t. They're so much better (bigger grips) than cheap ones. 53, I've done P90X for over a year (every morning at 4:30) and switched to P90X 2 on Jan 1. Start Phase 2 of it on Sunday. I'd spend more time if I had to get up, get dressed, drive to a gym, work out, then drive back home. It really isn't a big deal.

To start with? P90x not designed for beginners. I am on my 4th round and love it. Around an hour a day is nothing

I'm planning on doing some heavy 12oz curls tonight. A good 4-5 hour workout. Gonna build up my stamina.
