The zone workout thread

yoga P90 X 2 this morning. Tomorrow: Base and Back. I'm guessing it'll be similar to Legs and Back in 90 X.
 
I've heard insanity called a lot of things...but never "fun". I'm just trying to get through the current phase of X 2. On the days off (2 per week) I just rest.

Draw back for me is shin splints, never had them before insanity.....chicks are way hotter than p90x but horton is funnier
 
Been walking my dog about a 1.5 miles daily. Trying to get it up to about 2.5 as it gets warmer.

Going to hoop it up tomorrow.
 
Not necessarily my routine. I'm just guessing that's why you have shin splents. I use to have them really bad. Once I learned some special stretching techniques they went away.

Thanks. My girlfriend has started counting calories. So maybe her healthier eating habits will rub off on me.

Once her knee gets better we will start going on longer walks together.

I try to stay around 180
 
Already in a bad mood after previewing Base & Back...alternating pullups with plyo. Tomorrow morning is gonna suck
