The Weightlifters Thread

Bulk than cut later.

I've been bulking (moderately cleanly) for a good while now. I'm going to finish out strong in Dec. when some friends come in, and run two bottles of methyl 1d black, and masterdrol (basically ill be running two LG trifecta stacks, with some added cycle supports and some PCT) I'm about 6, 210 right now and getting pretty juicy, so I would like to cut in the Jan.-Feb. timeframe

If you're just taking orals you're wasting your time. Any gains you make will disappear as soon as you stop & if you take them for extended periods you're putting your liver through hell. Just saying.

If had some lasting gains, IF I cycled off effectively. As far as the duration, 4-5 weeks at a higher dose.

Support Stack (2 x Cycle Support + 1 x Post Cycle Support) - Stacks

I'm going to use this while on the cycle and for my PCT, I got it during their 50% off sale for 50$.

AI Sports Nutrition STOKED!

Also going to take this afterwards. I like that it has SERM properties, and the trans-resveratrol.

Silymarin, for added liver support as always, BCAAs, glutamine, creatine mono, a good multi, fish oil, and the other basic support supplements to round it out.

EDIT: While I'm on the topic, has anyone tried agmatine? It's a product of arginine and I've heard that the pumps you get from it are ridiculous. It's been on my to try list for some time now.

Love this. I hate it when people say, "I don't wanna get too big" as if that's an easy thing to do, or that you could accidentally fall into it.

LOL so very true. I've trained half a dozen women at this point and they all brought that up. I told them "Yeah, that could very well happen. If you're ready to start downing 3,000 calories and training with me for two hours every day of the week and budgeting a few hundred bucks a month for supplements."

As for the top pic, no woman gets that way naturally or by just taking store bought supplements. We all know what they do.

So hard to get back into it.

I think it's harder to quit. My wrist isn't getting better, my shoulder is jacked, and when I did legs last week I had some weird nerve issues the next day. Time to take a few weeks off from the gym. It's been like 4 years since I've done that, and it's hard to stay away.

Women like the top are gross. My gf lifts and she feels so much better about herself when she does. Her friends are like aren't you going to get really big by doing that. She tries to explain that it is good for women to lift weight but they just do not listen.

I am sort of forced to quit to a certain degree during season.

But I know what you mean. I don't like quitting either. When you do though, it is difficult to get back into it. Luckily it doesn't take too long for my muscles to get back close to where they were. Just sore for the first couple of weeks.

Yea some guys are the same way. It's not as easy as they seem to think.
