The Weightlifters Thread

Anybody try this? I've heard it's really good.

Never have, I like Jacked by USP labs. What is that? Also, cell tech has way too much sugar. You will get good results using micronized creatine and its way cheaper.

My best friend from HS is like my mentor. He said this stuff is really good. He said that he's eating extremely clean and put on 4 lbs with this stuff. He stays pumped all day. He's a fitness genius. When we met at 16 he weighed twice as much as me (300 and 150). I now outweigh him. Gonna go grab some of this today.

Any of you guys tried Vitargo S2 for post workout carb source? I usually take either waxymaize or dextrose witrh my protein. Heard it is reaaly good, but expensive.

I use carb max by sport pharma, it's a blend of waxy maize, dextrose and one other I think. About 9 bucks. Can't help you with the vitargo, it's def. expensive tho. Holy isht

Going back to more traditional bodybuilding routines. Back to the basics. Started yesterday on a periodization program. Chest and triceps yesterday. Legs today.

I've been taking this intense plyometrics class for the last two months, and haven't had a legs day since because of it... Just bailed out of it because it was too hard on my legs. I'm too damn young to be feeling this much pain in my hips and legs when I roll out of bed in the morning.

Getting back into yoga and resuming leg workouts instead.

Jumping around and sprinting is too much on my joints. Especially as my weight fluctuates. There is a big difference in what my joints are able to handle when I'm 190 lbs vs 210 lbs.

I had a free sample I tried. Seemed to work ok, but they gave me the watermelon flavor and to quote Johnny Cash, "it tasted like it rolled off of Luther's boots."

ON standard (vanilla), Syntha 6 (different flavors), and EAS. I use the EAS because the 5 pound bags are dirt cheap at Sam's Club. The other two I prefer more but they are a little more money.
