The Weightlifters Thread

40 yrs old and weight 200. Only been working out for 11 months. Im benching 225 6x average or am I behind the curve? Do sets of 3 sets of 185x 10 but feel I should be doing heavier? Thoughts... I have an arm problem where I have 60% strength in one arm over other due to accident.

If your lifting what you say you're above average & just fine. You're not behind any curve.

That.

Can't stress pt enough though. Could end badly if you don't know exactly what's wrong and how to manage it.

Seek physical therapy first.

+1. I'm sure you're doing this but be careful. You are ahead of the curve for sure. Most members of the general population can't bench their body weight. You're well over that. I'm no expert but if I were you I would do unilateral work and try to strengthen your weaker side the best you can.

cell mass is a protein, cell tech is an enhancer that'll make u lift more. you will gain weight with cell tech, but its not good weight

ur right. however, its still something different than cell tech. cell tech is loaded with sugar. use to give me some hellish cramps

All you need is plain creatine mono, a good whey protein, & a good pre-workout supp.

My bad. Will be jacked in a couple weeks. Shake Weight will dramatically speed the process. It's all about number of muscle contractions per second per second (mc/s/s).
