Taking more than creatine, FWIW. Ole boy has me worried about eating these old muscle milk bars.

If it's just stuff you can buy at your local nutrition shop it still won't matter. If you are taking any kind of steroid I feel sorry for ya. Not because they're all bad but because I'm sure you wouldn't have a clue what you're doing.

No steroids, ever. Don't need um. And anyways I bet I have less body fat and more muscle than you and I also bet I'm stronger than you on everything except lower body and only because of a bad knee and my calves probably still look way better than yours .

I'm just trying to add lean muscle, not get jacked. All I do is take whey protein after every workout. Anything else I should be doing?

Lol. I'm sure you have awesome calves. I been taking it easy for a few months but if you bench over 350 you got me. I'm sure you're a lot skinnier than me too.

Did you read my original post? I don't need to lose weight, I just want to add lean muscle. All I take now is whey protein. Is there anything else I should do? My impression is that WeightGain 3000 stuff is for people who just want to bulk up.

Just eat clean, and some might recommend a whey isolate. I can't afford them
 
It takes more than just protein to build & sustain muscle. Have you ever seen Michael Phelps diet? It's rediculous calories & not all clean.

Protein isn't the only clean calories.

I'm guessing his training won't be on Phelps' level.

It's not as complicated as I made it sound at all.

I was just pointing out food is more important than supplements if you want to build muscle.
