The Arnold on the pump.

"a good pump is better than coming"

"And so can you believe how much I am in heaven? I am like, uh, getting the feeling of coming in a gym, I'm getting the feeling of coming at home, I'm getting the feeling of coming backstage when I pump up, when I pose in front of 5,000 people, I get the same feeling, so I am coming day and night. I mean, it's terrific. Right? So you know, I am in heaven. "

I haven't gone in a really long time, so when I go back I'm gonna be really weak (and I hate that)

But I know that if I keep not going, ill just get weaker

Just started on FBX preworkout from Max Muscle, a local supplement chain that makes their own stuff. Probably the best pre-workout I've tried. Anybody up for it, give them a shot:

Max Muscle

Max ARM is pretty damned good to. It's a post-workout with literally everything you need all wrapped up into one, kinda like ABB recovery on crack.

For all you Nashvillians, there's a location in Franklin.

It usually don't take as long to get back where you were unless you been sitting around for about a year doing nothing.

Put up 185x20 today, which wasn't to absolute failure. Not bad for weighing in at a buck eightyish IMO jmo tho.

Last summer I would finish my flat bench workout with 225 x 20. My max was 365, maybe a lil more but that's as much as I tried. After some nagging little injuries & getting lazy for a couple months I might get 315 now. About to start hitting it hard again.

How can you tell when it's 225?

If you're referring to me you misread my post. I actually did 365 & had maybe a little left in the tank but that's as high as I went. I finished each flat bench workout with at least 20 reps of 225. If you were just wondering what 225 was that's a 45lb bar & two 45s on each side. I wasn't guessing my max based on reps of a lower weight.
