I’m not sure what the equivalent of this would be in the last 70 years. Panama might be comparable back in 1989, but that was a much larger, more involved operation that cost the lives of American soldiers .

Clinton had the good fortune of the .Com internet boom. A chimpanzee could have balanced the budget when billions and billions of dollars and taxes were made out of thin air.
