I did call out Trump on the pardon as well; but I have no knowledge of the case. Here's what google says.

That's it China is trading them weapons for their heavy crude.

China is also trying to make a run in that part of the world. First the Panama Canal and building ports all over the Gulf rim and especially in Venezuela. We are not going to let them get control of the worlds largest oil reserves in our backyard. I am attaching a site that shows all the worlds oil reserves by country. Imagine if the Muslim world banded together and decided that the western infidels could no longer buy their oil. Also why do you think that Europe is being quite about this. Take a long look at this list and think about long term national security implications in this for the western world as a whole.
