Any way you try to rationalize this, it absolutely is a reversal from the "America first," no nation-building mantra that was at one time Trump's foreign policy doctrine.Over 50 nations including United States, Canada, and the European Union (comprising 27 member states) have consistently refused to recognize Maduro's legitimacy, citing widespread election fraud and the erosion of democratic institutions. A significant number of regional neighbors have rejected his claims, including Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Panama, Peru, and Uruguay. They recognized Edmundo González Urrutia as the President. Not a regime change but installing the correct person that should have been President.
And if Biden had taken down Putin, many Republicans would be supporting Putin. We don’t have a two party system. We have a puppet state with too many people who refuse to recognize any common denominator.I'm convinced had Trump just took down Putin.
A lot of Democrats would right now be protesting in support of Putin.
Looks like Trump got the band back together and the interparty shouting has convinced the gullible...its different this time. And if Biden had taken down Putin, many Republicans would be supporting Putin. We don’t have a two party system. We have a puppet state with too many people who refuse to recognize any common denominator.
No question Trump's taking a big risk here. Whether this was a good move or not depends on how things work out. If it results in a country with free elections and not anti USA then it's a good move and not much else will matter. He's been arguing with Luther to long and now he starting to fade into madness
You just seem to be repeating the same things.. Like you hoping it come true so you can say you were right... You spoke your piece. Move on... Maybe it from arguing with bb85. He she's the same with his cult bsWell it does seem like we have a bunch of people carrying lots of water here....heck...their admitting it.
Exactly...... It's funny watching the talking heads winner why he didn't grab more the regime instead of just 1 person.. It's clownishNo question Trump's taking a big risk here. I don't think Venezuela's so important to them as an oil source though. Russia's right next door if things get tight.China needs oil sanction free. They bought a very significant portion of their oil from Venezuela.
If they attack and are sanctioned they'll need a friendly country somewhere to buy oil from, that was Venezuela until this weekend.

Yes, Not having a Narco-terrorist funneling drugs into our country is one thing.Maybe a question should be why is the US involved in any of this?
Looks like the band got back together to me.
They aren't funneling drugs. Stop repeating the lie that even the white house stopped tellingYes, Not having a Narco-terrorist funneling drugs into our country is one thing.
The biggest thing is not having a friendly country for China, Russia & Iran and every other terrorist organization a 1,000 miles from our border.
I have no idea what your getting at with the "band" comment?![]()
