Alright my fellow runners, I ran three miles last night (lots of hills with decent inclines) and the whole time my legs just felt super fatigued. Is it time to take some time off? Or any ideas of how to help with this? I was taking accerlade and it seemed to help for a little while but now seems to not have any effect on me.

Even though it's a small race, there happens to be a former NCAA All-American running in it.
So I won't even be close. I think he ran it ~15min. I hope to get close to 20
