I ran somewhere between 13-17 miles a week in my 40s although I was a big boy (61, 220 lbs) but stopped due to problems with my knees
Im up to 250 and have to do something so Im going to start running again any words of advice would be appreciated

Haven't ran in about a year and a half. Got out of shape fast. Finally started back up Monday. I've ran 3 nights straight for 1 mile. Surprised I've been able to do it without having to take a break. Hoping to lose the garbage weight I've gained since the break.
