After I got signed up and started looking around I see that there are quiet a few listed on there. Other than listing races are there any other advantages to this web site?

It shows a lot more than just runs. If you're a member you get a discount on registration. Usually just the processing fee, but $5 is $5

Did anybody run the Scenic City Marathon this morning? My sister and a girl I work with both did. I just got home from Home Depot, and my hat is off to anyone who intentionally stayed outside in that wind this morning.

I've done track for 7 years and cross country for 5 so i'm in pretty good shape. We run a lot in basketball too so im constantly running year round. Im hoping to get my mile time sub 4:50 this year and my 5K under 18.

Vollygirl I ran this morning! It was a brutal course but I finished in 1 hour 40 mins. I was excited to finish. They gave out medals for everyone who finished. It was a pretty cheap medal but it means a lot to me!

My sister was beyond proud of herself for finishing. I can't imagine how hard that was.

Congrats to you!!! You did way more than most Chattanoogans did today.

I figured they did. I just meant this one meant something to me because it was the first half marathon I have done. It was a fun experience and I can't wait to do another one

Weather is nice today. Going on a 4-5 mile run then gonna play some basketball.

I've never run a half marathon in any races, wish I had the motivation.
