The Runner's thread

I like it. I can enter my address and it pulls up a map of my subdivison. I'm not sure. I haven't used the app. I just come home and map it out afterwards. Still haven't upgraded to a smart phone yet. It has a tools menu but I've never looked at it.

I've ran almost 7 miles in an hr on the treadmill before in the gym att my work. I was watching a Mon Nascar race. I only run on the treadmill if I absolutely have to.

Probably gonna get 3 more runs in before my race. 2 3+ milers at around 9 min mile pace. and an easy run a few days before race day.

Yes sir. I'm gonna be shooting for a 31 flat on race day. It's so hard to get my legs going after getting off the bike. My thighs feel like they weigh 100 lbs.

After about a month off, I just ran 1.1 miles in just under 8 mins. Pretty slow but I had just eaten 2 hamburgers and drank coffee. Hopefully I can get back into it, the thing is I have to run in the morning when its cooler which I'm not too fond of

Used the adidas micoach app on my Droid for the first time

Thats pretty good after eating two burgers!

Just finished 4 miles
no pool today

Starting new personal total, I got a new pair of shoes.

Ran .75 miles and then walkd/ran the .75 miles back right after finishing a 24.7 mile bike ride. As I stated in the cycling thread, I felt like I had thunder thighs.
